This is what every duct clean should include.
A clean is the physical removal of debris from every component that moves air through your home. Calgary quotes usually price these components separately. Ours includes all of them.
- Furnace cabinet and heat exchanger. Cleaned, not just vacuumed around.
- Blower motor, removed and cleaned. Dust on the blades reduces how much air it can move, so the motor runs longer pushing less. Most quotes leave it in.
- The AC coil area. Particulate buildup on the evaporator coil insulates the surface and restricts airflow through the fins — one of the biggest drivers of efficiency loss in a forced-air system. No extra charge for homes with A/C.
- Every supply and return vent. Flat rate — no per-vent pricing.
- All main trunk lines, supply side and return side.
- Truck-mounted negative pressure with push-pull agitation. The HyperVac H2 pulls from the trunk while air guns at every supply vent and skipper lines through the trunks push debris toward it. Not a portable shop vac.

What's the difference between The Standard and The Deep Clean?
The Standard covers your furnace and all supply and return ducts - the cleaning your system needs on a regular maintenance cycle. The Deep Clean adds HRV cleaning (the unit that exchanges stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air), antimicrobial sanitizer treatment applied through the duct system, and dryer vent cleaning. If you have pets, allergies, a new baby, or a recent renovation that pushed drywall dust through your system, The Deep Clean is the right tier.
How is your pricing different from other Calgary duct cleaners?
Most companies quote a base price - $89 to $149 is common - and then count your supply and return vents once the tech is inside. The invoice grows from there. We charge a flat rate by home type. One price, based on whether your home is a townhome/duplex, a detached home, or a dual-furnace home. You see that number before anything is booked, and it's what's on your invoice when we leave.
What does "truck-mounted" mean and why does it matter?
Most duct cleaners bring a portable vacuum unit inside your home. Truck-mounted means our HyperVac H2 system runs from the Transit parked outside - the engine, compressor, and hose reel stay in the truck. The cleaning hose runs in through a door or window. Truck-mounted systems generate more suction than portable units, and it keeps the heavy equipment out of your living space.
How long does the job take?
A standard detached home typically takes two to three hours. Townhomes and duplexes run a bit shorter. Dual-furnace homes and Deep Clean bookings take longer. We'll give you an estimated window when you book, and the tech will confirm timing when he walks you through the job at the start.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
You need to be home when the tech arrives - that's when he walks you through the scope and gets access to the furnace room. Most homeowners stay, but once the walkthrough is done the tech can work through the house independently. He'll come find you when it's time to show you the finished work.
Are you insured? What if something gets damaged?
